• This position scaled in function scale V of the Horeca cao (Collective labor agreement). The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2298,64 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employment

• A signing bonus of maximum €750,- gross

• All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request

• Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out

• A compensation of €25,- per month for a company fitness subscription in one of the many fitness centers affiliated with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland

• Up to €500,- referral bonus when introducing a new colleague

• A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km which a maximum of 250,- euros per month.

The Business Development department, which includes Reservations, of the Aeon Plaza Hotels hotel group carries out its activities for Hotel Die Port van Cleve and Dutch Design Hotel Vondelpark.

What is important to know about this feature?

The Reservations departments is part of the Business Development department, which also includes Sales & Marketing. The main tasks and responsibilities include handling requests for (group) reservations for hotel rooms via the internet, email and telephone, providing information about facilities, prices, options etc. and working with the team to optimize the total turnover and the service to our guests. In addition, you provide support with requests for banquets and you support the revenue manager with loading prices and checking booking channels and optimizing and maintaining systems. The reservation manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.

Who are we looking for?

• You are analytical, accurate and have numerical insight.

• You have a curious attitude and are proactive.

• You master the English language in word & writing, Dutch is an advantage.

• Knowledge of an automated reservation systems would be easy, but we are happy to teach you. Aeon Plaza Hotels works with the PMS system Protel.

• Knowledge of excel is a plus

• Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO) work & think level
