Neoliet Eindhoven Noord is one of the oldest and most vibrant climbing halls in the Netherlands and has been an important hub in the Dutch climbing community for many years. You will also find us in Eindhoven Zuid, located at the Fontys site: a compact and accessible climbing hall where students and climbers from the region meet. To strengthen our community and our team we are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager. In this role you will support the branch manager in the daily running of the halls, make sure that the customer experience and sales are at top level and you will get plenty of room to develop yourself further.

What will you do?

• Support the branch manager in the daily management of the climbing hall.
• You actively pursue sales: from hospitality to courses and subscriptions.
• You carry a commercial mindset and take your team along with you, so that everyone sees opportunities to help and enthuse customers.
• Independently pick up shifts and operational tasks.
• You will ensure safety, quality and hospitality in the halls.
• Co-coordinate staff planning, hospitality and events.
• You will help think about new initiatives and connecting with the climbing community.

This is what we are looking for:

• Experience or strong affinity for climbing (preferred: Indoor Pre-climbing instructor).
• Eager to learn, flexible and communicatively strong.
• Affinity for hospitality and hospitality.
• Organizational talent and an eye for quality and safety.
• A team player who contributes to the growth of Neoliet Eindhoven.
