  • Maintaining customer contact throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • Managing change orders (additional and reduced work).

  • Delivering and transferring the project to the client in accordance with contractual requirements.

  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and sister companies (many projects are carried out with GEA NPE (Nutrition Plant Engineering) entities).

  • Documenting agreements in writing and preparing the critical path (Gantt chart).

  • Pursuing variation orders when the client does not meet agreed commitments.

Your profile and qualifications

  • You have completed a technical bachelor’s degree (applied sciences) or master’s degree, supplemented with project management experience in a technical environment.

  • Knowledge and experience in industrial refrigeration is a plus.

  • You are a team player, communicatively strong, and fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Competencies:

  • Customer focus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Decisiveness and drive.

Our offer to you:

  • A challenging international role within a leading and innovative organization.

  • Competitive salary, aligned with your experience and background and 8% holiday payment.

  • 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.
