Connecting your world

As a Content Lead you are responsible for the quality and optimization of products and services in your cluster. You have a dynamic role, with a strong emphasis on strategy development, stakeholder management, and quality assurance. The two key products are being replaced in the upcoming years so transformation will be part of your daily responsibility. How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. We trust in the way you can distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections. You put your talents to work at:

• Translating the Schiphol and IT Data strategy into goals for the teams.
• Supporting the Product Owners in defining their product vision and strategy and Project Managers in executing their transformation projects.
• Making sure that the teams are organized to reach these goals (with the right capabilities, resources and budget).
• Supporting teams with stakeholder management and alignment with in- and external senior stakeholders.
• Stimulating innovation & continuous improvement within the cluster.

This cluster consists of two major products consisting of multiple applications and two corresponding projects to replace the current systems that are end of life. Next to the focus on the cluster Data, you will have an important role within the Business Platform Operations. To establish an effective organization with plenty of opportunities, you work closely together with the other members of the leadership team of Business Platform Operations (BPO).

• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar IT & Data department, of which at least 2 include a similar position.
• Strong on communicational skills and stakeholder management.
• Preferable experience with both major (IT) project delivery and agile working.
• Minimal University education (or equivalent), preferable in the direction of STEM and/ or IT.

You get this

• € 6350 to € 8684 gross per month (Buiten-CAO 4-D).
• A 13th month (year-end bonus).
• The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
• Participation in the ABP pension fund.
