Are you a communications expert with a commercial mindset and a passion for customer relations? Do you want to contribute to an optimal experience for our partners and play a key role in their success? Then we are looking for you!
At Nedap Identification Systems, we develop innovative solutions for automatic vehicle access, such as RFID and ANPR. Our goal is to help companies work more efficiently using advanced identification systems. As Partner Experience Specialist, you will join a team that works intensively with partners worldwide.
In this role, you will be the connecting link with our partners: you will be their first point of contact, help them overcome challenges and work closely with teams such as sales, marketing and product management. You enhance the partner experience by optimizing processes, clearly communicating product updates and organizing partner events. In addition, you qualify leads and collaborate on nurturing campaigns in order to bind partners to Nedap for the long term.

Your responsibilities

• You improve the partner experience by ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication;
• You supervise the onboarding of new partners and qualify leads;
• Together with marketing and sales, you organize partner events and trade shows;
• You research and implement AI tools to make information more accessible to partners;
• You identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and work on targeted solutions;
• You translate customer needs into process optimizations and develop commercial documentation in multiple languages.image text

Your team

Your home base will be the Partner Experience Team at Nedap Readers, where you will work with another professional and coordinate closely with marketing. This team focuses on supporting our partners and continuously improving their experience with our products. The goal is to gain and retain proud, loyal customers, set up scalable and efficient processes, and optimize the provision of information to partners.

Required experience and skills

• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English; command of other languages is a plus.
• You are results-oriented and have experience in optimizing customer or partner experiences.
• You have affinity with technology and AI tools and dare to implement new solutions.
• You have project management experience and can effortlessly manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• You have a commercial mindset and work well with various departments.

With our technology, which makes possible the remote recognition not only of vehicles, but also of drivers, even at high speeds, we are able to make an enormous improvement in traffic flow at the entrances and exits of parking garages, airports, business parks and cities.
