What are you going to do?

As a Workspace Administrator, you fulfill a dynamic role in which you provide both technical and advisory support to various aspects of our digital work environment. Technical Support Providing technical support for workplaces, laptops, mobile devices and meeting rooms. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Advising role Act as an advisor to internal customers (colleagues) in the field of technological solutions and improvements. Helpdesk management Daily handling of the helpdesk mailbox, incidents and changes to ensure fast and effective support. Management of Hybrid Environment Perform daily management tasks in our hybrid environment, including O365, Azure AD, Active Directory, software distribution, Intune, Lansweeper, SharePoint, SentinelOne, Apple Business Manager, and more. Installation and Configuration Installing and configuring workstations, peripherals and software to create an optimal user experience. Hardware management Issuing, installing, replacing and repairing hardware, such as laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones. Monitoring and managing hardware inventory and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Monthly Server Maintenance Perform monthly server maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security. Service Desk Support Providing 1st and 2nd line incident support to ensure smooth operation of the service desk.

What do you bring to the table?

Technical skills Basic knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, O365. Experience with PowerShell, Exchange Admin Center. Certification: MCSA/MSCE. ICT Training and Knowledge Minimum MBO 4 diploma in ICT. Expertise in Windows 10, 11, (Linux is an advantage) Communication skills Command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written. Team player with empathy and self-confidence. Other In possession of a driver’s license.
