That is why we grow in the Netherlands, Germany, England, Spain and Portugal, among others. At our location in Venlo, these freshly grown herbs are then packaged for the European market and international consumers.

When someone in the bar asks you what your job is, you say:

"In my role, I am at the heart of our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow. I manage capacity planning, maintain and adjust schedules, respond proactively to changes, and continuously optimize the use of available capacity.

"

• Maintain capacity planning and contribute to the weekly planning meeting by aligning capacity needs and operational requirements with key stakeholders.
• You manage and update the production schedule (line scheduling), ensuring order updates are processed and the schedule remains accurate, with clear insight into available capacity.
• Plan training for key functions and help structure how employee training and certifications are tracked and used within workforce planning.
• Back up for the People Specialist Operations regarding HR-related processes (e.g. tracking illness, follow-up, and onboarding).
• Supporting in supply/material planning and keep supply planning up to date, particularly when order updates occur.
• Support pool management activities, contributing to effective workforce deployment.

To be successful as our new herbal topper you have the following ingredients:

• Strong drive, enthusiasm, and problem-solving ability!
• Experience in capacity planning and scheduling within a production, supply chain, or operations environment. Additional experience in supply chain material planning is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain overview.
• A proactive mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Experience with planning systems (e.g. ERP, APS, or workforce planning tools).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in English is required. Dutch and/or Polish are considered a plus.
• Flexibility and willingness to work a shifted schedule in the initial phase. In the first phase, you will work a shifted schedule (10:00 – 19:00) combining production planning with the development of workforce capacity planning. As of early 2027, the role will transition to a regular day shift.
