Supply Chain Operations Controller

As a Supply Chain Operations Controller you act as central point for Operations (coordination role with other Operations Controllers on management reporting consistency). You are responsible for all related Operations management reporting activities towards FP&A, Operations Controller and Sr. Director Manufacturing EMEA.

You will be working out of the Corporate Office in Breda and will report to the Operations Controller. You have a Senior Financial Analyst Operations reporting to you. This role is a fulltime role..

What do you do as main activities?

• Support and collaborates as business partner to Sr Director Manufacturing, Operations Controller and Sr. Director Finance – Global Operations on Business Areas strategy development and tracking
• Deliver co-leadership to the execution of the Controlling strategy for his/her area of responsibility
• Provide regular updates with regards to theexecution of the AOP & Strategic Plan from Controlling point of view and come up with analysis and recommendations how to further improve
• Responsible for balance sheet review on areas where he/she business partner the budget owner
• Ensure compliance with SOX Controls and Lamb Weston policies.
• Perform supply chain period-end close activities with timely completion of assigned tasks, including identification and resolution of unusual items and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Continuously improve / optimize controlling and reporting processes related to Operations Frozen.
• Provide Trend and Analysis for KPI’s
• Drive efficient and effective use of the Business Objects Reporting across EMEA Plants
• Responsible for coordinating input into the financial planning system, support the consolidation of the annual operating plans and strategic plan. Work with management to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data
• Provide Information and Analysis for Costing Results and Validation
• Lead DC Costing process and delivery

What do you bring?

• Bachelor working and thinking level in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or equivalent
• 10+ years of progressive, provenand relevant experience in a Controlling role
• Demonstrated financial understanding, with strong numeric insight and analytical skills. Sound knowledge of Corporate Governance practices is essential.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers, and stakeholders. Proven track record of effectively managing these relationships to drive collaborative success
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide strategic insights and solutions
• A professional, planned and organized way of working, along with an objective and pragmatic approach.
• Experience with SAP and/or Business Objects is preferred, showcasing a strong technological acumen in financial systems.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
