Why this role matters
Are you looking for a dynamic and hands-on role with real responsibility? As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment.
We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Bleiswijk, reporting into the team leader you are their right-hand person, working closely together to ensure the team are working effectively
You will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety and service excellence, whilst creating a positive and engaging environment for your team.

- Fixed shift 3.30pm until Midnight, Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week (evening allowance applies from 9pm)

How you’ll make an impact
- Lead, coach and develop team performance
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and ensure workload accuracy
- Ability to take the lead in absence of team leader
- Build positive working relations within the team and customer
- Support outbound activity, flexing workforce when required
- Promote a safe, positive and compliant work environment
- Participating and identifying Lean initiatives on the shop floor
What you’ll bring to GXO
- Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar industry
- Excellent communication skills, customer focused and ability to adapt communication styles
- Previous leadership experience
- Fluent in English, with Dutch as a preferred
- Basic system knowledge, WMS is not essential, training will be provided
