    Your responsibilities

    • You determine future equipment requirements together with management and the executive team.
    • You develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
    • You advise on the deployment and application of equipment on projects.
    • You oversee investments in new equipment and replacement projects.
    • You manage overhauls, modifications, and technical improvements.
    • You contribute to making our equipment fleet more sustainable.
    • You organize the rental, leasing, and sale of equipment.
    • You monitor maintenance costs and handle damage claims and repairs.

    • You have a higher vocational (HBO) level of education and thinking, preferably in a technical field.
    • You have an affinity for heavy equipment and technology.
    • You have experience in asset management, maintenance, or equipment management.
    • You are analytical, practical, and solution-oriented.
    • You work in a structured manner and maintain a clear overview.
    • You have an eye for safety, quality, and cost control.
    • You are able to engage and motivate people in improvements and changes.
