No Hat Needed (NHN) is a new company focused on growing direct‑distribution haircare & grooming brands across Europe. We’re small, fast, and hands‑on-if you love making things happen and seeing your work live in the wild, you’ll fit right in.

As a marketing intern, you’ll provide executional and creative support across social media and digital marketing to help promote our in‑house and distributed brands. This is a builder’s internship: you’ll get real ownership, real feedback, and real results.

Your role will involve:

• Supporting in organizing trade events & experiences
• Helping manage the social media content (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Publishing content and optimize posts
• Supporting community managements: respond to comments/DMs, engage with influencers/ambassadors
• Assisting with influencer outreach
• Supporting the marketing team in reports, analytics, and creating presentations Pull weekly performance reports
• Developing Point of Sales materials (e.g., brochure, product displays, flyers)
• Helping build micro‑campaigns for launches, promos, and retail partners.
• Assisting with email/newsletters

Your profile:

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
• Strong spirit & initiative – you take ownership and move fast.
• Foundational marketing knowledge with hands-on social media experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Team player with a creative mindset; self-starter.
• Available full-time for 5-6 months.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
