The Role

This is not a traditional IT project manager role.

As IT Project Lead , you are responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and continuous improvement of our software landscape across the business. Your focus is not just on systems – but on people, processes, and performance across multiple international offices.

You will lead international IT initiatives, manage external development teams (primarily in India), and ensure our systems – including CRM and operational platforms – are fully aligned with our sales, finance, and operations teams work.

A key part of your role is to collect and align our offices in India, Dubai, Switzerland, and the Netherlands – ensuring teams collaborate and work within the same structures, systems, and processes.

What You Will Do

· Lead and deliver international IT and system integration projects end-to-end.

· Drive the implementation and optimalization of CRM and core business systems .

· Ensure systems are aligned with commercial, financial, and operational processes across all regions.

· Actively connect, align, and support teams across India, Dubai, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

· Actively train, coach, and support sales, finance, and operations teams in using systems effectively.

· Translate business needs in to clear, actionable technical requirements.

· Manage and coordinate external/offshore development teams.

· Build structure, governance, and potentially an internal IT capability over time.

· Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, future-proof solutions.

· Monitor project progress, risks, and quality across multiple initiatives.

· Advise management in IT strategy and data insights (e.g. Power BI)

· Explore and implement AI solutions (e.g. target automation) where they add clear value.

Who Are You

· 5 + experience in IT project management or business systems implementation

· Strong experience with CRM systems and process-driven environments

· Proven ability to work with and enable non-technical teams across multiple locations

· Experience managing external or offshore development teams

· Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operation between strategy and execution

· Strong communicator who can align stakeholders across cultures and regions

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and improve structures

· Willing to travel internationally (e.g., India, Dubai, Switzerland).

Nice To Have

· Experience with Exact, i-Coral, Creatio, Blue10 and Microsoft

· Affinity with data, automation, or AI (practical application)
